It is important that patients be involved in their care. It is also important to have patients involved in the work we do. Patients and families can join our project workgroups, which drive change in the dialysis facilities. In these groups, patients and families provide direction and actively help the Network to improve the quality of care that all patients receive. QIRN5 is also required by law to investigate complaints and grievances that patients have about their dialysis or transplant facility. For more information, visit the Grievances section of this site.
